Sansom Equipment Limited is Atlantic Canada’s leading distributor and service provider for high-quality pumps, blowers, generators, valves, VFDs, flow meters, chemical injection systems, and engineered packages. With over 50 years of industry success, we proudly support industrial and municipal clients across Eastern Canada.We are currently seeking a Branch Manager for our Deer Lake, NL location. We are looking for a motivated, technically proficient leader with experience in technical sales, service, and parts management. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with strong industry knowledge and the ability to drive growth while supporting our local team and customers.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all branch operations across sales, service, and parts departmentsDrive business development with Industrial, Municipal, and Commercial clientsOversee and support technical sales effortsEnsure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and training standardsIdentify and pursue growth opportunities and strategic initiativesManage staffing, performance reviews, vacation scheduling, and expense approvalsMaintain and grow service and parts contracts, including pricing strategiesBuild strong relationships with end-users and dealer networksCollaborate with senior leadership on long-term planning and reportingQualificationsTechnical Diploma, Technical Degree, or certification as a Red Seal TradespersonProven experience in technical sales, customer support, or service managementSolid understanding of mechanical systems such as pumps, power generation, marine, or water/wastewater treatmentStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience managing cross-functional teams (sales, service, parts, admin)Ability to work both in-office and on-site as requiredFamiliarity with tenders, contract development, and equipment distribution is a strong assetWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentivesComprehensive group healthcare & insurance planEmployer-matched RRSP programOpportunities for professional growth and trainingSansom Equipment Limited is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
