The ideal candidate will lead the showroom team, drive customer satisfaction, and maintain efficient operational standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead and motivate the showroom team to achieve sales and service goals.Ensure an excellent customer experience and maintain long-term customer relationships.Oversee daily branch operations, including inventory management and timely reporting.Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve branch efficiency.Coordinate with the management team to execute sales plans and promotional activities.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.3–5 years of experience in automotive showroom management or a similar leadership role.Key SkillsStrong leadership and team managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer-focused mindsetAbility to manage multiple priorities effectively
