Branch Sales ManagerAbout UsEstablished in 2018 G.C, we are a group of companies focused on finding and implementing effective solutions in Real Estate, Marketing, Technology, Education and Business Consulting, striving to deliver measurable results, ensure early delivery, and exceed expectationsJob SummaryManage and follow up the end-to-end sales transaction, coordinate and engage team members to achieve the sales objectives of the company and contributes to cross functional actions to enhance the performance of the company.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesGuide and motivate internal sales team to meet their sales targetProvide Strategic direction for external sales agents to drive sales.Oversee sales activities to ensure the sales teams are on the right track.Make sure that the sales agents are reporting as per the requirement of the companyEnsure that all infrastructures and required promotional materials are readily available for the sales team.Undertake negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealingPerform regular Follow-ups for all his/her assigned prospects and ensure all sales teams are doing the sameSearch potential customers and generate leads.Work with the Sales team, Sales Director/ Marketing Director/Executive team to develop sales strategies, review their practicality and revise if necessary.Responsible for generating daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports and submit them on timely manner.Handle customer complaints and make sure customer complaints are resolved as quickly as possible.Coordinate, lead and participate field visit for prospects.Follow-up on collection of payment from buyers.Monitor competitor’s sales activities and come up with better sales strategies.Identify current trends and support the Executive team to come up with better offer.Engaged in all related activity which will be assigned by immediate supervisor.Job RequirementsBA Degree in Sales and marketing/ business/ management or any other related fields with at least 6/8-year proven experience in as sales positions in multi-culture setting organizations.Competency and SkillsCompetencies and Professional skills requiredSales and marketing skillCustomer orientationIndustry & Product KnowledgeGood Communication and negotiation skillLeadership skillAnalytical skillPersonal Skills:TeamworkHonestyTightnessCommitmentRelationshipBenefitSalary & attractive incentive
