BOC Limited New ZealandBranch SupervisorAvondale, New Zealand | req26259Take on a key leadership role as a Branch Supervisor in Henderson, where you’ll combine hands-on operational oversight with customer-focused support in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.What You Will Enjoy DoingOverseeing receipt, storage, and dispatch of stockCoordinating freight with external providers, balancing cost and time framesOperating warehouse equipment like forkliftsSupporting counter sales and merchandising to enhance store salesAssisting with administrative tasks including invoicing and liaising on creditsDemonstrating welding and industrial equipment internallyManaging workflow with technicians and prioritizing tasksDelivering excellent customer service via phone and email supportWhat Makes You GreatExperience in warehouse, workshop, or logistics environmentsFamiliarity with welding equipment and industrial tools is beneficialTechnical aptitude with a willingness to learn about welding productsProficiency in SAP or similar systems is advantageousStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to safely lift and move heavy itemsEffective communication and customer service skillsBasic computer proficiency for inventory managementReliability, punctuality, and flexibility in working hoursCommitment to health & safety standards and proceduresWhy you will love working with usAt Linde we identify ourselves with our products – either working for the technical or medical gases business.
