About The RoleWe're on a journey to revolutionise our business and with Retail media being one of the fastest growing media channels we're looking for someone who can think big to create impact and support driving this momentum. The role is responsible for delivering engaging customer experiences in both Retail bricks-and-mortar and digital store environments, the development of Point of Sale (POS), and e-commerce planning to support Omnichannel execution to drive business growth.Specifically, You Will Be Responsible ForSupport the execution of channel activations in-market built with a deep understanding of the shopper to achieve brand objectives. Omnichannel asset development, planning execution of activation activities and priorities across Retail in-store and online.Support the portfolio & marketing team to effectively manage key activities to deliver the Retail activation calendar.Support the development of key marketing campaigns as the activation lead.End to end project management of POS development to brand strategies, managing POS stock on hand, balancing quality and budget to achieve activation timelines.Support the sales team to effectively deliver key customer initiativesCommunication of brand standards and marketing programs to key stakeholders (internal & external)Complete evaluation of in-market activities.What You NeedExperience in shopper, brand, trade or channel in an FMCG, on premise or off premise environmentAgency experience a bonusDemonstrated project management and organizational skills to deliver brilliant executionStrong internal and external stakeholder managementAbility to deliver to key milestones and deadlines accurately and effectivelyStrong communication (both written and oral) and numerical skillsRetailer and Customer understanding an advantageExperience working with shopper data and sights preferredAbout Us Goodman Fielder are a leading regional food company across Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific, delivering some of Australia's most iconic and trusted brands including Wonder, Helgas, La Famiglia, White Wings and Praise.We believe that success comes down to our people.
