The Inspire Brands Analytics Rotation Program is designed to provide a variety of business experience during the candidate’s first 24 months with Inspire. This is a full-time position that, upon completion of the program, will provide the candidate the opportunity to fill a role in the Insights & Customer Personalization department that will best leverage their strengths as well as best support the continued growth of Inspire Brands.During the rotation program, candidates will complete a 24-month rotation within the Insights and Customer Personalization team. Candidates will spend ~6 months each in 4 different business units within the department. Participating departments include:Brand Analytics – business performance analysis, focused on one of the brands at InspireMarketing Analytics & Data Science – promotion, product, and media analysis; with the opportunity to leverage more sophisticated modeling techniques within data science, if there is mutual interestOperations & Development Analytics – time & motion studies, operations process improvement, labor optimizationCustomer & Loyalty Analytics – new customer acquisition, visit frequency, offer measurement, cohort analysisEcomm Analytics – Google analytics, SEO, website optimizationThis role is an 80% onsite required position within our Atlanta Support CenterRESPONSIBILITIES:Developing analytical capabilities – Work with the analytics team to understand how to structure analyses depending on the business objective. Examples include regression analysis, test vs control, and pre vs post-analysis.Learning key software applications – The primary focus areas will be on learning how to structure data sets and utilize formulas in Excel, writing queries in SQL, and creating slides in PowerPoint.Building business acumen – Learn how to operate in the corporate environment, how to prioritize individual work, participate in meetings, and share work output.Completing analytics assignments – Work with the analytics team to complete tasks, both ad-hoc activities and project-based work.EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum: 4-Year degree in Engineering, Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or Mathematics.Have a genuine interest in the fieldAbility to work full-time in the Atlanta, GA Support CenterREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES:A strong interest in learning, and the ability to pick up new concepts quicklyAbility to solve problems using data and clearly communicate the resultsCapable of working both individually and with a teamPassion for the restaurant industry and a strong desire to help shape the future at Inspire BrandsExposure to, or experience with, applications like Excel, SQL, and Tableau desired, but not requiredInspire is a multi-brand restaurant company whose portfolio includes more than 33,000 Arby’s, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin’, Jimmy John’s, and SONIC restaurants worldwide.We’re made up of some of the world’s most iconic restaurant brands, but we’re much more than just a restaurant company.
