If you’re eager to be part of this story, then Peet is where you belong.Job OpportunityThe Brand and Communications Officer supports the delivery of Peet’s brand and communications strategy by leading the planning, coordination, and execution of a strategic content program. The role involves developing and writing engaging communications for Peet channels (including the website, intranet, email and social media) along with building relationships with key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes and strengthen the Peet brand.Drive digital and customer communication initiatives that support overall business strategy.Develop and execute brand content plans to strengthen engagement and brand perception.Produce compelling internal and external content across website, intranet, email, and social platforms.Manage and evolve the Intranet, delivering content that boosts employee engagement and knowledge sharing.Oversee corporate website content and assets to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and effective and timely communication.Manage corporate social media channels and Google My Business presence to maintain active brand visibility.Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships including corporate partners, while building trusted internal relationships to source meaningful content to bring the Peet brand to lifeAbout YouYou’ll bring 3–5 years of experience in communications, marketing, or digital content, supported by a relevant qualification in communications, marketing or similar. You’re someone who thrives in a collaborative, people-focused environment and is passionate about creating meaningful, engaging content that connects communities.To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:Strong writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and engaging content tailored to diverse platforms and audiences;Confidence working with digital tools, including website content management systems and design applications, with a high level of computer literacy;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trusted relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders;Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines;A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all communications.Working at PeetPeet is a special place to work, and it’s because of the passion of our people.
