Apply now!ResponsibilitiesBrand:Lead market research and competitive analysis to monitor trends in sustainability, food waste management, and hospitality technology.Develop and implement a brand strategy that positions Kitro as the superior food waste management solution globally.Ensure clear, consistent, and impactful brand messaging across all communication channels and materials.Own and update brand guidelines, and create templates and assets used across the company.Content:Develop and implement content initiatives aligned with brand positioning and commercial goals.Research, write, and edit content across formats: including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, scripts, customer documentation, and more.Coordinate with external & internal creative partners (designers, photographers, videographers) to produce brand assets.Manage content distribution across all channels:websitesocial media (LinkedIn & Instagram): content, scheduling and community engagementpaid media (in collaboration with the Growth & CRM Specialist)newslettersPR (in collaboration with an agency)eventsSkills & Qualifications3-5 years in a similar role.Languages: DE, EN, FR (or ES) is a MUST.Great project management skills, great communicator, extreme attention to detail to the level of spotting double spaces.Independence, proactivity, taking ownership and curiosity to improve processes and existing documentation.Knowledge of Framer (CMS).What we offerA hands-on, impact-driven role where your work directly shapes the future of the companyA startup culture that’s serious about results but we don't forget celebrate progress, laugh often, and learn fastQuarterly team meetups at our Zurich HQ to reconnect, align, and enjoy real face time with all our colleaguesA collaborative, purpose-driven team that values trust, transparency, and learning from mistakes (as long as we don’t repeat them)Your turn!
