Job DescriptionExciting opportunity to join our Brand team in this newly created role where you will lead the defining and execution of marketing strategies to drive business growth and market leadership along with developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns that elevate brand presence.A Day at Petstock — More Than Just WorkDevelop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans for your portfolio, driving business growth and market leadership.Effortlessly flip between big-picture brand strategy and strategic marketing leadership, driving long-term brand building whilst steering the execution of impactful, results driven campaigns.Create annual brand plans with clear objectives, priorities, and communication strategies that boost awareness, engagement, and growth. Drive and implement disruptive campaigns and experiences that deepen customer connection, reward engagement, and build long-term brand advocacy.Translate insights into powerful strategies combining consumer data, market trends, and creative vision to drive brand relevance, distinctiveness, and commercial growth.Lead end-to-end product and packaging development from concept to shelf, ensuring each launch meets brand requirements, market needs and commercial objectives.
