We are dedicated to unlocking the potential of every space and creating unforgettable event experiences.We are looking for a super star marketing manager to drive growth for our flagship venue Unlocked Shoreditch and our events/venue platform Spaces Unlocked. Position: Brand and Marketing ManagerWe are seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven Brand and Marketing Manager to join the Spaces Unlocked team. This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing our brand strategy and executing comprehensive marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on leveraging digital marketing and SEO to drive high-quality sales leads for our events business.This role requires a blend of creative brand stewardship and technical digital marketing expertise, specifically in optimising our online presence to attract and convert B2B and B2C event organisers.Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing & SEO Strategy (Lead Generation Focus)Develop and execute a robust digital marketing strategy focused on lead generation and sales funnel optimisation.Spearhead the SEO strategy for the company website and all digital properties to improve organic search rankings, drive targeted traffic and capture qualified leads.Manage and optimise PPC campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, social media advertising) with a clear focus on Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).Oversee email marketing campaigns, ensuring segmentation, personalisation and A/B testing to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.Monitor performance, analyse key metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for optimisation.2. Brand Management & ContentAct as the guardian of the Spaces Unlocked brand, ensuring consistency in voice, visual identity and messaging across all online and offline channels.Develop and manage the content strategy (blog posts, case studies, venue spotlights, white papers) that aligns with SEO best practices and addresses the needs of our target audience (event planners, executives).Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling, brand-aligned marketing collateral and presentations.3. Performance Reporting & AnalysisEstablish and track KPIs for all marketing activities, specifically those related to lead volume, quality and conversion rates.Provide regular, detailed reports to senior management on marketing performance, highlighting successes, areas for improvement and the ROI of marketing spend.Identify industry trends, competitor positioning and market research. 4. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with the Sales Team to ensure seamless lead handover, alignment on target customer profiles and effective nurturing of prospects.Collaborate with the Venue Operations Team to capture compelling content and ensure accurate, appealing representation of our event spaces online.Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience (3+ years) as a Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, or similar role, preferably within the events, hospitality, or B2B service industry.Strong, verifiable expertise in SEO (technical and on-page), demonstrating a track record of driving significant organic traffic and lead growth.In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including PPC, social media marketing and email marketing platforms.Proficiency with marketing analytics tools, ad performance + conversion tracking, competitive insightsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to craft compelling, brand-consistent content.Highly organised, analytical and comfortable making data-backed decisions.Proficient  in graphic design. Simple Web design skills, utilising Squarespace – would be ideal but not essential.
