Ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy Development: Understand and Identify Persona, Customer Journey and Marketing Funnel.Develop and implement a comprehensive business canvas, digital strategy to reach and engage Gen Alpha, Gen Z and late Gen Y.Identify key digital channels and platforms to focus marketing and sales effort eCommerce Management Social Media, Digital and Performance Marketing Product, assortment, and inventory management Control brand along with regional guidelines Market research and Analysis. To understand preferences and behavior of the target generation. Analyze data to identify trend and opportunities for growth. Innovation and Trend Monitoring. Stay updated with the latest digital trends and technologies. Implement innovative solutions to enhance the digital customer experience.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field Minimum 5 years’ experience in Digital marketing, eCommerce, Brand marketing Leadership, Communication, and Analytical skills Innovative thinking and creativity to develop unique strategies and campaignsAbout The TeamWhy you'll love working here:Our employees matter.
