A leading global investment management firm is seeking a Brand Content Writer to join its Brand Management team and support high-impact, global brand initiatives across the U.S. and Europe.This role plays a critical part in shaping, refining, and maintaining the company’s brand voice across marketing, digital experiences, internal materials, and strategic brand storytelling. The ideal candidate is highly creative yet strategic, excels in cross-functional collaboration, and has proven experience writing brand-consistent content across channels.🗺️ Location: Los Angeles, CA – Hybrid (Onsite Monday–Thursday; WFH Fridays)📄 Contract: 12 months (with potential to extend)💼 Employment Type: W2 only – sponsorship not available💵 Hourly Rate: $63/hrKey ResponsibilitiesBrand Storytelling & Content CreationWrite and edit clear, compelling copy for webpages, digital experiences, brand campaigns, emails, and internal brand materials.Support the storytelling of Capital Group’s brand and unique investment approach, including content for the “About Us” section.Produce brand-aligned content for global campaigns while ensuring consistency across regions (U.S. + Europe).Voice, Tone & Brand GovernanceContribute to the development, documentation, and evolution of brand voice and tone guidelines.Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing and digital channels.Review and proofread copy for clarity, precision, accuracy, and brand alignment.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with brand, design, and global marketing partners to ensure message cohesion and alignment.Communicate with partners across the U.S. and Europe to maintain global brand coherence.Support brand toolkits, templates, and standardized brand resources used across regions.AI-Enabled Content DevelopmentUse AI tools and prompting strategies to support ideation, drafting, and editing.Ensure AI-generated content adheres to brand integrity, tone, and compliance requirements.Brand Health & DocumentationAssist with brand health research and insights.Maintain and update internal brand documentation, including voice guidelines, templates, and messaging frameworks.QualificationsRequired5+ years of professional copywriting experience across brand, digital, and marketing content.Portfolio demonstrating strong command of voice, tone, brand storytelling, and cross-channel writing.Experience contributing to or maintaining brand voice/tone guidelines.Strong editing and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail.Ability to translate strategy into clear, engaging copy for diverse audiences.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Familiarity with AI-assisted writing tools and how to integrate them into workflow.Preferred (Not Required)Experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or other regulated industries.Knowledge of SEO, UX writing, or digital content optimization.Comfort managing brand documentation (voice/tone frameworks, templates, style guides).
