You guessed it — spreading joy through music.We’re a leader in the musical entertainment industry, driven by high technical standards, complementary digital services, and innovative features that make singing and music more accessible than ever.All of this within a stimulating and creative environment, where passion and innovation meet every day.🎯 PositionAs part of our growth, we’re looking for a Brand & Content Manager to join the creation of a Marketing team.This is both a strategic and hands-on position: you’ll define the brand’s editorial direction, design our content and social media strategy, and oversee its execution.Your mission: to act as the guardian of the brand, building a strong, coherent, and inspiring presence — a joyful, creative, and musical brand — while engaging communities across international markets.đŸ—ș Location: the role can be performed remotely (France or Europe), with 2 days per month minimum on-site in Lille to collaborate with the teams.đŸȘ© ResponsibilitiesBrand & Content StrategyDefine and deploy the overall Brand & Content strategy, ensuring consistency between brand identity, tone, and business objectives.Translate the brand DNA into a clear and distinctive editorial line.Build and manage a content calendar aligned with key marketing, product, and communication milestones.Collaborate with CRM, Product, Growth, and Design teams to ensure a consistent brand experience.Highlight company culture, values, and community through inspiring storytelling.Social Media ManagementLaunch, grow, and animate the brand’s presence across key platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch
).Create and coordinate the production of engaging and innovative content.Identify trends, cultural moments, and opportunities for visibility across key markets (USA, France, Canada, UK
).Interact with the community and bring the brand to life daily.Work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment with key messages.Creative Production & CoordinationManage content production (photo, video, copywriting, etc.) — both in-house and with external partners (freelancers, agencies).Adapt content for different audiences (B2C and B2B) and international markets.Maintain a centralized asset library and ensure visual and narrative consistency.Encourage innovation and creative experimentation in service of the brand.Performance & AnalysisTrack key performance indicators (reach, engagement, growth, conversions
).Analyze results, identify performance drivers, and adjust strategy accordingly.Conduct ongoing monitoring of digital, social, cultural, and creative trends.🧠 ProfileProven experience in brand content, communication, or social media, ideally within a SaaS or fast-growing digital environment.A creative and strategic mindset, with strong storytelling abilities and a keen eye for brand consistency.Experience in companies that have gone through rapid scale-up phases or international expansion.Excellent knowledge of social media dynamics and codes (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch).Ability to combine long-term vision with operational execution.Autonomous, curious, proactive, and collaborative.Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).💾 CompensationSalary is not a constraint for this position.If you’re the right fit, we’ll make sure you get a great offer that matches your talent, impact, and ambitions.
