JOB PURPOSEChampion and protect Qsas brands. Define the brand’s positioning, architecture, and identity; turn audience and cultural insights into compelling narratives; and deliver distinctive, consistent brand experiences across all touchpoints. Lead cross-functional and agency teams to build brand equity, awareness, and affinity. The Brand and Content Manager will be responsible for defining and executing the brand strategy, while strategically managing the lifecycle of all visual content.Key ResponsibilitiesCore ResponsibilitiesCampaign Ownership: Plan, launch, execute, and analyze results for all open call campaigns designed to source talent, content, or submissions aligned with brand objectives. Own the brand identity system, architecture and guidelines.Brand Guidelines: Ensure all internal and external communications, including open call messaging and final content, strictly adhere to established brand voice, visual identity, and quality standards. Lead new brand development, from naming and narrative to identity and guideline creation.Performance Analysis: Track and report on key brand metrics, including campaign engagement, reach, and conversion rates, using data to inform future strategies Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, design, and legal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.Content Strategy: Develop and maintain a comprehensive visual content calendar that supports overall brand storytelling and marketing goals.Production Oversight: Manage the end-to-end production process for all documentary and video content, from initial concept development and scripting through filming, editing, and final delivery.Budget & Resource Management: Oversee content production budgets, manage vendor relationships (producers, directors, editors), and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.Distribution & Rights: Define and manage the optimal distribution strategy for video content across all relevant channels (social, website, partnerships).
