As a founding Designer, you will be the storyteller for the way our technology changes human-AI interaction. You will shape user experience and collaborate alongside world renowned research and engineering talent.ResponsibilitiesBe the first full-time design storyteller: You'll shape our design vision and influence everything from day-to-day design asks to our long term design culture. Craft high-quality, user-centered interfaces Design and iterate on interfaces that are both functional and beautiful. Pay close attention to the fine details—typography, color systems, layout, animation, and motion—ensuring that every element supports speed, clarity, and usability. Prototype and explore new interaction models. Go beyond conventional UX patterns. You’ll pioneer new paradigms for how people understand, collaborate with, and shape AI. You will be a large part of what gets built—contributing to design decisions, influencing user experience, and driving execution from concept through launch. Evolve our brand and design language, and make sure it's applied consistently across the product. QualificationsExtremely strong visual design skills and a deep understanding of how to craft brand assets and tell the brand storyExpertise with modern design tools. Experience prototyping and user testing to validate ideasExcellent communication and collaboration skills across disciplines.
