We build what works, launch it fast, and make sure it hits.✅ Responsibilities✔️Developing visual concepts and designs that align with a Brand’s identity and meet the needs of marketing teams;✔️Creating artwork, such as logos, Brand Visual elements, and Brand promotional materials;✔️Collaborating with marketing teams to ensure that designs accurately reflect the brand’s desired image and messaging;✔️Researching current design trends and staying up-to-date on new technologies and techniques;✔️Presenting design concepts to Design Head for review and feedback;✔️Making revisions and adjustments to brand designs based on feedback;✔️Managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines;✔️Ensuring that all designs are produced to the highest standards of quality and accuracy.✅ Requirements✔️Minimum 3 years of experience in a Brand Development;✔️Strong portfolio showcasing a range of Brand Identity design, including different styles and techniques in Branding materials and Logo layouts;✔️Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work;✔️Strong communication and collaboration skills;✔️Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously;✔️Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box;✔️Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing design needs and priorities;✔️Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines;✔️Excellent eye for details (compositions/ design structures);✔️Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design (3D software might be plus).✅ We offer excellent benefits, including but not limited to:🧑🏻‍💻Learning and development opportunities and interesting challenging tasks;📝 Official employment in accordance with the laws of the EU, registration of family members;✈️ Relocation package (tickets, staying in a hotel for 2 weeks);📚 Opportunity to develop language skills and partial compensation for the cost of language classes;🎁 Birthday celebration present;🏝 Time for proper rest and 22 working days of Annual Vacation;Bold moves start here.
