We work closely with experienced and qualified professionals across a wide range of consultancy sectors, delivering bespoke recruitment solutions on a variety of roles for mid and senior level.As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a " Brand & Digital Marketing Manager" with below requirements for our client.QualificationsBachelor’s degree from a reputable university (preferably Marketing or BA)Experience of +7 years in marketing / brand & digital marketingExperience both in brand communications and digital marketing is preferredProven ability to grow performance channels efficiently and build strong brand equity in competitive environments.Extensive hands-on experience with top advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic networks, and retail media.Knowledge of technical tools: MS Office, Google analytics, SEO, Web analytics,Advanced English language skills is a must.Job DescriptionThis role develops Brand & Digital Marketing Communication Strategy and Plan (based on Global Strategy and local insights) to ensure brand awareness increase, brand value understanding and mental availability growth. Executes projects and initiatives that support Digital marketing strategy.Collaborates with internal and external partners in developing activities that ensure the brand to strengthen the position of brand equity and that all initiatives support brand philosophy.Provides support to the Department Head in the implementation of campaigns and productions that support the brand, product and target audience strategy.Provides leadership in managing all aspects of vendor partners, communication agencies and brand projects to sharpen and codify our model for increasing brand penetration.Based on Global strategy and local insights develops overall Digital Marketing Communication Strategy ensures brand awareness increase, brand value understanding and mental availability growth.Monitors digital category trends and competition activity to propose relevant strategies to achieve Digital KPIs.Responsible for effective usage of marketing budget.Tracks and reports on digital KPIs to local/regional/global teamsTracks and reports on digital KPIs to local/regional/global teamWorks on development of strategy together with agency and its implementation.Manages social media communication, activations and influencer marketing.Executes digital media campaigns for all pillars (SEO, Search, Display, Video, Social)Partner with cross-functional teams—brand, trade, e-commerce, and sales—to integrate digital execution with company-wide priorities.Oversee and craft the full digital marketing roadmap, spanning paid media, performance growth, brand campaigns, and analytics across Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic, marketplaces, and new digital touchpoints
