GoMining is a global Bitcoin ecosystem on a mission to unlock the full potential of Bitcoin. We create tools and services that make it simple and secure to earn, use, and benefit from Bitcoin daily regardless of country, income, or level of knowledge.As we expand globally, we are looking for a Brand Director a senior strategic leader responsible for defining, building, and scaling GoMining's brand worldwide.ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & Positioning Define and develop brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice across international markets. Ensure brand consistency across all user touchpoints, marketing channels, and products. Brand Communication & Activations Lead brand campaigns, sponsorships, KOL/ambassador programs, and strategic collaborations. Build innovative activation strategies to grow visibility and strengthen credibility. Narrative & Content Leadership Oversee brand narrative and content strategy (editorials, thought leadership, social storytelling). Align content with business objectives to support awareness, adoption, and retention. Community & Advocacy Grow and engage GoMining's community to drive organic advocacy. Launch initiatives that boost participation, loyalty, and long-term engagement. Team Leadership & Collaboration Manage and develop a brand team: creative, content, community, copy. Collaborate with growth, product, and executive teams to achieve measurable outcomesRequirements5+ years of experience in senior brand/marketing leadership roles in fintech, crypto, or technology. Proven success in scaling brands globally and launching campaigns, partnerships, and ambassador programs. Deep understanding of crypto culture and ability to translate complex products into simple, compelling stories. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and cross-functional projects. Strong strategic and analytical mindset with measurable impact on brand and business metrics. Excellent communication skills in English (must be able to communicate effectively with international partners, both verbal and written).
