This role is perfect for a multi-talented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly manage both creative and analytical responsibilities across our digital ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Content & Brand PartnershipsExecute brand briefs with precision and creativityManage IP asset execution, ensuring brand guidelines complianceCoordinate and execute IPs and Covers asset executionHandle sample coordination with beauty brands and PR agenciesOversee business-as-usual (BAU) content operationsIntegrate shoppability products seamlessly into contentImplement and monitor SMO strategies to improve organic visibilityConduct monthly performance checks and optimizationsDevelop and implement YouTube SEO strategiesLaunch and manage new social platforms and presenceWebsite Management & SEOOversee day-to-day content operations and managementImplement and monitor SEO strategies to improve organic visibilityOptimize content for search engines while maintaining editorial qualityConduct regular SEO audits and implement improvementsMedia & Asset ManagementManage and organize media assets across all platformsEnsure brand consistency across all digital touchpointsCoordinate asset delivery for various campaigns and projectsBrand Management, Analytics & ReportingCompile and analyse all performance reports and maintain key metricsSupport in expanding the footprint of the brandRequired QualificationBachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or content operationsExcellent project management and coordination skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesFamiliarity with influencer marketing and brand partnershipsKnowledge of e-commerce and shoppable content integrationPreferred understanding of SEO principles and best practicesKeen eye for design and aestheticsSkills & CompetenciesDigital Savvy: Deep understanding of digital platforms and emerging trendsAnalytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionCreative Problem-Solving: Innovative approach to content and campaign challengesCommunication: Excellent written and verbal communication skillsOrganization: Superior project management and multitasking abilitiesAdaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentBrand Awareness: Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of brand voice
