About the Role:We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Brand Executive to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for brand building through on-ground activations, events, and digital content, with hands-on experience managing social media accounts and coordinating content shoots.Key Responsibilities:Brand Execution & Event Management:Support end-to-end execution of brand campaigns, launches, and events.Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery.Handle event logistics, branding materials, and post-event reports.Track execution timelines and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.Social Media Management:Manage daily operations of social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).Plan and post engaging, brand-aligned content regularly.Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a consistent brand tone.Collaborate with the design/content team for creatives and copy.Content Shoot Coordination:Plan, schedule, and coordinate photo and video shoots for campaigns, product launches, and digital content.Work closely with photographers, stylists, and influencers to ensure shoot goals are met.Scout for locations, props, and talents as required.General:Assist in market research and competitor analysis.Provide regular updates and insights to the marketing/brand team.Support miscellaneous branding initiatives as needed.Requirements:1–3 years of experience in brand execution, events, or social media marketing.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Creative thinking with a good eye for aesthetics and brand voice.Prior experience with social media tools, content calendars, and campaign tracking is a plus.Experience in content production and shoot coordination is highly preferred.
