About the RoleBrand Impact AB (www. brandimpact. se) is the leading Swedish retail services supplier, with a turnover of 100MSEK. Brand Impact is expanding operations into Finland with a new entity focused on delivering brand services and in-store executions. We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on CEO to lead the Finnish operation from the ground up—driving growth, building client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence. This is not a purely strategic role; it’s a working CEO position where leadership is combined with active involvement in sales, project delivery, and client service. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic LeadershipDevelop and implement a go-to-market strategy for Brand Impact in Finland. Set growth targets, operational KPIs, and business priorities in alignment with steakholders. Represent the company externally with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Commercial DevelopmentLead business development efforts to secure contracts with FMCG brands and retailers. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in brand and retail sectors. Negotiate contracts and service agreements ensuring profitability and sustainability. Operational ExecutionOversee and participate in the delivery of in-store activations, merchandising projects, sales force deployments, and product demonstrations. Ensure high-quality service execution.
Recruit, train, and manage operational staff and/or freelance resources. Financial & Administrative ManagementPrepare budgets, forecasts, and regular financial reports for the Board. Manage cost control, supplier negotiations, and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with Finnish business regulations and labor laws. Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience / MBA10+ years' experience in business related fieldProven track record in senior leadership or high-level operational management in a relevant field: Brand services, in-store marketing, field sales, or merchandising. Service provider for activations, sales force outsourcing, or retail execution. Strong commercial acumen with experience in business development and client relationship management.
Established network within FMCG, retail chains, or brand marketing in Finland. Understanding of KPIs, ROI measurement, and reporting for brand and retail activations. Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English; Swedish is an advantage. Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and adaptability to a startup environment. They will be responsible for making key decisions and executing the culture of the company.  As the company grows, the CEO role will become less operational and more focused on strategy, customer pitches and organizational excellence.
