Are you a few years into your brand marketing career looking for an iconic NZ brand to grow with?Join a fun, collaborative, award-winning team at Spark and help deliver world-class brand experiences that capture the hearts and minds of New Zealanders.This is a six-month contract to jump in and support the brand team while one of our team members are away. This role sits within the Brand Engagement Squad, which leads the delivery of Spark’s brand campaigns and experiences across both our consumer and business portfolios. From large-scale consumer platforms to SME and enterprise campaigns, you’ll be involved in a diverse range of projects that keep our brand distinctive and aspirational.As a Brand Partner (Brand Manager), you’ll run campaigns end-to-end — from insight and briefing, through to delivery and measurement. You’ll work closely with agency partners and internal stakeholders, balancing creativity, strategic thinking and executional detail to deliver work that drives impact.Ngā mahi o ia rā – Daily tasks:Managing the delivery of integrated brand campaigns across consumer and business audiences.Developing clear and inspiring briefs that translate insights into great creative.Owning budgets, timelines and project management with confidence.Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and agency partners.Acting as a brand ambassador — safeguarding consistency and quality in every execution and across the business.Providing clear reporting, analysis and insights post-campaign.Tō wheako - Your experience:Solid experience in brand marketing (consumer and/or business).Proven experience running campaigns end-to-end.Strong track record working with creative agencies and producing distinctive work.Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to confidently present.Analytical skills to interpret research and data into insights.Experience managing campaign budgets.He aha te take e uru ai koe ki a mātou – So, why choose us?Te Kanorau me te Whakawhāiti mai - Diversity and Inclusion:At Spark, we are constantly looking for ways to build a more inclusive culture.
