COMPANY: Manufacturing Exporter to EuropeLOCATION: Colombo 07 (On-site)PACKAGE: LKR 250,000 – 350,000 (Gross)GENDER: OpenAbout the Company:A reputed manufacturing and export organization specializing in premium, sustainable agricultural and wellness-based products is seeking a strategic and creative Brand Manager to drive its brand growth and international market presence. The company exports a range of natural and high-value products to European markets, emphasizing quality, innovation, and sustainability.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to build strong market positioning locally and globally.Lead brand planning, product launches, and promotional initiatives that strengthen customer engagement and brand value.Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging market opportunities in both domestic and export channels.Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Sales, Production) to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.Manage brand communication, packaging design, and digital presence to reflect the company’s premium and sustainable image.Build strong relationships with marketing agencies, distributors, and export partners to support business objectives.Analyze brand performance and develop data-driven insights to guide future growth strategies.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management, or Brand Management (CIM or SLIM qualification is an added advantage).5–7 years of experience in brand management, preferably within Cosmetics, FMCG, food, agricultural, or natural product industries.Exposure to international markets (especially Europe) or export-oriented brands will be a distinct advantage.Experience in the cosmetics, skincare, or herbal product sector will be considered an added benefit.Strong understanding of consumer insights, product positioning, and integrated marketing communications.Key Skills & Attributes:Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strategic thinking with strong creative and analytical ability.Passion for sustainability, natural products, and brand storytelling.Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
