Primary Standardized Title: E-commerce Brand ManagerAbout The OpportunityA growth-focused brand leader in the e-commerce retail and direct-to-consumer (D2C) consumer goods sector. The role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, marketplace operations and digital performance marketing—responsible for driving online revenue, conversion and lifetime value through data-driven merchandising and creative excellence. This is an on-site role based in India.Role & ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the e-commerce brand strategy across marketplaces and owned channels to grow revenue, margin and market share.Own marketplace catalogue, listings and content: lead ASIN/SKU optimization, A+ content, imagery and SEO to improve discoverability and conversion.Plan and manage digital performance campaigns in collaboration with growth marketing: coordinate Meta/Google spend, promotions, and marketplace ad programs to meet sales targets.Manage product lifecycle and pricing strategy: promotions, bundling, assortment planning and inventory cadence to maximise sell-through and margin.Partner with analytics to monitor funnel KPIs (traffic, CR, AOV, retention) and run A/B tests to improve conversion and CAC.Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (supply chain, CX, creative, third-party agencies) to ensure seamless launches and on-time inventory availability.Skills & QualificationsMust-HaveMarketplace ManagementAmazon Seller CentralASIN OptimizationGoogle AnalyticsMeta Ads ManagerSEOPreferredShopifyKlaviyoTableauAdditional Qualifications3+ years experience in e-commerce/marketplace brand or category management (D2C or retail marketplaces preferred).Demonstrable ownership of online P&L or revenue targets and experience executing performance-driven campaigns.Ability to work on-site in India and coordinate with cross-functional teams and external agencies.Benefits & Culture HighlightsFast-paced, outcome-driven environment with clear ownership and career growth for brand leaders.Exposure to end-to-end e-commerce operations: strategy, performance marketing, analytics and creative execution.Collaborative teams and regular learning forums to scale best practices across brands and channels.Location & Work Model: On-site in India (role requires working from company premises).To apply: Experienced e-commerce brand managers who can combine marketplace expertise with performance marketing and strong commercial judgement are encouraged to apply.
