Responsible for building and maintaining a strong, positive brand image that resonates with consumers and drives business growth.Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy Development:Formulate the brand's long-term strategy, vision, and goals. Ensure alignment with the company's overall objectives and market positioning.Market Research And AnalysisConduct market research to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and trends. Analyze market data to identify opportunities and threats for the brand. Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics.Product DevelopmentCollaborate with product development teams to ensure that products align with brand positioning. Provide input on product design, features, and improvements based on consumer insights.Marketing CampaignsPlan and execute marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and public relations activities. Work with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials and messages. Coordinate with digital marketing teams for online campaigns.Sales SupportDevelop trade marketing strategies to support sales channels and drive retail performance. Provide sales teams with the necessary tools and information to effectively promote the brand.Budget ManagementManage the brand's marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Monitor and report on the return on investment (ROI) of marketing activities.Brand Performance MonitoringTrack and analyze brand performance metrics, including sales, market share, and consumer feedback. Adjust strategies and plans based on performance data and market conditions.Brand CommunicationEnsure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints. Maintain and enhance the brand's image and reputation in the market.Innovation And AdaptationStay updated on industry trends and innovations.
