Brand ManagerLocation: Canary Wharf Hybrid: 2-3 days a week onsiteWe’re looking for a Brand Manager to help Frive become a household name - reporting to our Head of Brand and working closely with another Brand Manager, Creative Producer and In-House Content Creators. You’ll be responsible for managing key brand initiatives across product marketing, creative campaigns, digital channels, paid advertising and social content.You’ll be the brand’s day-to-day lead across Frive’s digital platforms, product launches, ATL campaigns, packaging, and partnerships — working hand-in-hand with internal teams, agencies and freelancers to drive impact.Responsibilities:The following are shared across two Brand Managers, each taking ownership of specific projects and workstreams while collaborating closely to deliver Frive’s overall brand strategy.Paid & Organic ContentAct as Brand point of contact for Paid Social Ads — working closely with the Growth and Creative teamsCollaborate with the Organic Social Content Creator to develop platform-native content plansSupport the planning and execution of Frive’s organic social calendarProduct Marketing & LaunchesLead on digital product marketing across website, app, and CRMManage the end-to-end process for new and existing meal launches (naming, messaging, rollout)Own Frive’s brand presence across digital platforms, ensuring consistency across all touchpointsCampaigns & PRManage the rollout of 360 brand campaigns across all owned channels (website, app, email, social, packaging)Lead on ATL campaign delivery in collaboration with internal teams and agenciesCoordinate and deliver Digital PR activity in partnership with Frive’s PR agencyCreative & ProductionSupport and co-lead creative shoots, including briefing, art direction and on-set executionHelp shape and execute the brand’s visual identity across campaign and always-on contentEnsure every brand touchpoint reflects Frive’s tone, aesthetic and ambitionPartnerships, Merch & AmbassadorsLead and manage brand partnerships — identifying, executing and growing relationshipsOwn Frive-branded merchandise — from concept to production and distributionSupport the development of Frive’s creator and ambassador strategiesReporting & OptimisationTrack performance across campaigns and brand activations — distilling learnings into actionable insightsWork closely with Growth and Brand teams to inform future campaigns and product decisionsAbout youBrand-Obsessed: You understand how to build and maintain a compelling brand across every customer touchpoint.Strong Communicator: You’re clear, concise, and confident in managing internal and external relationships.Commercially Smart: You balance creativity with a strong understanding of what drives awareness and impact.Highly Organised: You can juggle multiple projects with moving parts – without losing sight of the detail.Collaborative Operator: You’re great at working cross-functionally and bringing others on the journey.Comfortable With Data: You can measure what’s working and translate insights into action.Energetic & Proactive: You bring ideas to the table and take ownership to make them happen.BenefitsPrivate Medical Insurance25 days Holiday + PublicBonus SchemeA discount on our amazing foodCycle to Work SchemeEnhanced parental leaveMintago Financial Wellbeing Platform – offering salary sacrifice options to make your money work smarterWhat's next?This is your chance to challenge the food industry, shape culture, and help build a creative studio that punches way above its weight.
