About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Brand Manager to lead new product development (NPD), product scaling, and brand growth in the D2C space. The ideal candidate is not only analytical and creative but also enthusiastic about building products, exploring new markets, and embracing challenges that come with scaling consumer brands. This role requires someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, a drive to innovate, and the ability to turn insights into impactful strategies.Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy & PositioningDevelop and implement brand strategies to enhance awareness, recall, and brand equity.Conduct market, category, and consumer research to identify new brand and product opportunities.Maintain consistent brand messaging across all online and offline touchpoints.Product & Category Marketing + ScalingLead product scaling initiatives across D2C channels, marketplaces, and offline retail (if applicable).Work closely with product, supply chain, and growth teams to forecast demand, optimize visibility, and improve product adoption.Plan and execute launch strategies for new products, including GTM, positioning, packaging inputs, and communication frameworks.Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and competition to drive continuous improvement and scale product revenue.Campaign & Content ManagementPlan and execute 360° brand campaigns across digital, social, influencer, and performance channels.Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to deliver creatives, videos, photoshoots, and storytelling-driven content.Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and engagement metrics.Requirements:3-5+ years of experience in Brand Management / Marketing (D2C industry preferred).Strong exposure to NPD and product scaling.Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, strategic, and execution skills.Experience in managing digital channels, social media, and performance marketing.Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field (preferred).Interest & Involvement in fitness & wellness would be a huge plus .
