Job Description
This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency. 🔹 Main Responsibilities: 1. Brand Strategy Development Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company goals and market trends. 2. Product Innovation and Portfolio Management Initiate and manage the development of new product ideas and improvements based on consumer insights and market analysis. Manage the launch of new products and coordinate marketing efforts to support product introductions. 3. Marketing and Promotion Design, plan, and execute promotional campaigns, digital marketing efforts, and events to boost brand visibility and engagement. Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns to optimize effectiveness. Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all communication channels. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers. 4. Market Research and Consumer Insights Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to drive decision-making. 5. Budget Planning and Control Prepare and monitor brand marketing budgets ensuring effective allocation of resources. Monitor expenses and ensure efficient use of resources. 6. Sales Collaboration Work closely with the sales team to develop promotional plans and support trade marketing initiatives. 7. Team Management Lead and guide brand marketing teams, ensuring effective collaboration, performance, and development. 8. Reporting & Performance Monitoring Track brand KPIs, evaluate campaign performance, and provide regular reports to senior management. Briefing to third-party team and training to junior staffs. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)At least 5 years of experience in brand management or product marketingStrong leadership, communication, and analytical skillsProficiency in market research and digital marketing tools.
