Job Description:Brand Promotion & Awareness: Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and engage with target audiences through a mix of KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), PR, Communication, CRM, and Event planning.Product Development: Lead the development of new cosmetic products for the house brand in collaboration with international OEMs, ensuring alignment with market trends, consumer needs, and brand values.Marketing & Retail Synergy: Align marketing plans with retail operations to drive sales, enhance brand awareness, and improve customer relationship management, ensuring a seamless customer experience across channels.Customer Retention & CRM Activations: Develop and manage year-round CRM activations to retain existing customers and foster long-term relationships through personalized communication and offers.Business Growth: Maximize profitability in the e-retail business by implementing effective promotions, targeted social media advertising, and maintaining a strong, consistent brand image across all platforms. Manage counter brand in store or department store.Demand Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop demand plans, ensuring adequate stock levels and optimized sales performance.Budget Control & P&L Management: Oversee the marketing budget and P&L, ensuring financial goals are met while maintaining cost-effective marketing strategies.Qualifications:Proven experience in marketing, CRM, and retail operations, preferably in the lifestyle or luxury sector.Strong expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies, including KOL collaborations, PR campaigns, and event management.In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, including social media ads, e-commerce platforms, and online promotions.Experience with budget management, P&L analysis, and demand planning to drive business growth.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Fluency in English and Thai (additional languages are a plus).
