What’s On OfferFully Remote Role – Work from anywhere within supported time zones, with hubs in major international cities.Unlimited Vacation & Flexible Holidays – A culture that values balance, rest, and peak performance.Growth & Development – An interdisciplinary environment with exposure to diverse marketing, creative, and strategy teams.Parental Leave – Flexible policies that support work-life balance for new parents.Inclusive & Collaborative Culture – Equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, inclusion, and professional growth.What You’ll DoCatalog & Listing ManagementPartner with the Account Lead to ensure all product listings are accurate, optimized, and compliant across Amazon.Maintain and update product catalogs in Seller Central and Vendor Central, ensuring consistency across SKUs.Optimize product detail pages (PDPs), upload creatives, and manage A+/EBC content.Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to maximize discoverability and conversion.Perform A/B testing on listings (copy, imagery, layout) to identify and implement performance improvements.Resolve listing suppressions, stranded inventory, and other catalog-related issues.Manage support cases for catalog or listing discrepancies.Inventory & Promotion ManagementCreate and maintain inventory and replenishment reports to ensure optimal stock levels.Manage FBA/FBM SKU setup and logistics coordination.Develop and execute promotional campaigns, such as coupons, discounts, and Subscribe & Save offers.Build and track attribution links to measure campaign impact and ROI.Performance Insights & Competitive IntelligenceAnalyze product and category performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to inform brand and growth strategies.Monitor consumer behavior and category shifts to adapt to market dynamics.Collaboration & ExecutionCollaborate cross-functionally with internal marketing, strategy, and creative teams.Support the development of creative briefs for PDP images, A+ content, and storefront updates.Ensure seasonal and promotional initiatives are executed in alignment with brand goals.Who You Are2–3+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon Brand Management, ideally within an agency or multi-brand environment.Strong understanding of Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms.Proven track record in catalog optimization, SEO, A+/EBC content creation, and performance analysis.Experience in inventory forecasting, replenishment planning, and promotional setup.Skilled in using keyword research tools (Helium 10 a plus) and competitor intelligence platforms.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Bonus: Experience with Walmart.com or other eCommerce marketplaces, and agency-side client management.Interview ProcessFirst round interview with Conor.Second round technical interview with a Darkroom Senior Brand Manager.Final round interview with the Managing Director of Marketplaces team.
