SARANTIS S.A. is one of the leading Companies in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector with leading brands such as SANITAS, NOXZEMA, BIOTEN, CARROTEN, LANES, AVA, STR8, ORZENE, TUBOFLO, WASH&GO, BIO-OIL, CLINEA etc.   We are seeking to recruit for an experienced and results-driven Brand Manager for CLINEA. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic thinker with a strong commercial and financial acumen, who wants to thrive in a dynamic environment and drive the success of our brands   Brand Manager (CLINEA)   Key Accountabilities Actively contributes to the development of the brand strategy through strategic analysis compiling market and consumer trends, brands’ performance and competition Develops and implements 360° plans (ATL, BTL) ensuring it is true to strategy Collaborates with finance, sales, and supply chain teams to develop accurate and insightful product forecasts, ensuring alignment with revenue and profitability targets Owing brand P&L, managing effectively budget spending.   Optimizes product margins through revenue optimization strategies and effective cost management Monitors external factors that may impact brand performance, adjusting strategies and/or plans as needed to achieve brands key KPIs and financials Measures and reports performance of all brand activities, assessing also ROI, making recommendations based on learnings.   Candidate Profile Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Economics/ Business Administration or any other equivalent Master’s Degree in Marketing/ Economics/ Business Administration will be considered an asset 2-3 years of experience in product/brand management Excellent command of English language Excellent knowledge of MS-Office   Critical Competencies Commercial and numerical acumen Achievement drive and results orientation Advanced communication and influencing skills Teamwork and collaboration, ability to work with diverse teams Innovation and creativity Flexibility and adaptability   The Company offers Competitive remuneration package Opportunities for career development in a multinational environment Pleasant and modern working environment in a challenging organization Hybrid working model   If you would like to use your skills and experience in a dynamic and growing multinational company, please send us your CV.
