The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the annual brand plan, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance brand positioning and drive business growth.𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:> Develop and implement the annual brand marketing plan and calendar, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.> Manage the brand marketing budget effectively, tracking spends and evaluating return on investment (ROI).> Monitor, measure, and analyze brand performance using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.> Collaborate with Operations and other departments to support product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities.> Oversee the creation, approval, and distribution of brand assets across digital and traditional channels.> Lead integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring synchronization of online and offline marketing activities.> Conduct competitor analysis and market trend research to inform branding strategy and maintain competitive advantage.> Supervise and coach brand team members, setting clear KPIs and providing monthly performance updates to the CMO.> Ensure brand consistency, compliance, and quality across all consumer and stakeholder touchpoints.> Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀:> 3–5 years’ experience in brand management or related marketing roles, with a strong portfolio of successful brand campaigns.> Proven expertise in budget management and marketing ROI analysis.> Strong knowledge of brand positioning, consumer insights, and market segmentation.> Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and creative projects.> Solid background in integrated marketing communications.> Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.> Experience with digital marketing and social media strategies is an advantage.𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.* Master’s degree is an added advantage.𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀:> Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.> Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.> Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.> Creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable.> Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.> Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
