They have a positive work environment, great conditions and will provide a real career path.About the RoleThis role will suit a well organised FMCG Assistant Brand Manager with 2-3 years’ experience and looking for that career step to Brand Manager of a high-profile brand, well supported with a strong A&P budget. The role will report to an experienced senior marketer.Duties will include ;Drive the strategic direction of the brandManage A&P Spend and activities including digital, print etcDrive brand direction through the internal sales forceThink outside the box to find new opportunities to grow the brandEnsure profit targets are achieved and additional plans to drive profit are executedBe the point of contact with all external agenciesAbout YouMinimum 3 – 5 years marketing experience within the FMCG Food/Beverage or Household goods Industries or OTC Pharmacy channels.Minimum 2-3 years as an Assistant Brand Manager or similar.Excellent organisation and project management skills, must be able to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailSolid communication and rapport building skillsMust be able to demonstrate experience of the NPD process – particularly project managementSome experience in managing budgets and forecastingExperience in development and execution of marketing and advertising strategiesExperience and involvement with trade shows and all it entailsA strong understanding of market segments, research and market dataA self-starter - must be able to work autonomously and have the drive to grow both portfolios – always looking for and identifying opportunitiesMust be passionate about your portfolioYou will have managed successful DTC campaigns including Digital, TV and printA ‘can do attitude’ with the ability to ‘think outside the box’ – to differentiate your brand from competitorsSound PC skills and Intermediate skills in Microsoft applicationsWhat's in it for youA high-profile brand to be associated withA step to Brand ManagementA great company culture and a wide range of added benefitsA competitive base salary plus super and bonusNot far for an afterwork swim or surfPlease submit your resume in word format.This role is only open to Australian residents with local FMCG Brand marketing experience and you must have full working rights in Australia.
