About the RoleAs one of Turkey’s leading online travel brands, Tatilsepeti is looking for a visionary BrandManager to lead our brand strategy, elevate our market presence, and drive integratedcommunication projects across multiple channels.This role reports directly to the Marketing Director and is responsible for shaping the brandperception, managing strategic campaigns, and overseeing the marketing budget in line withthe company’s growth and profitability targets.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and analyze the annual marketing strategy and integrated campaign calendar,Create compelling communication projects to strengthen the brand identity and perception,Manage influencer partnerships, digital collaborations, social media strategy, and content planning,Design and execute integrated campaigns across TV, digital, print, outdoor, and other relevant media channels,Plan product launches and collaborate closely with sales, CRM, and operational teams,Lead agency and supplier coordination for creative, media, and production needs,Conduct market research and competitive analysis to position the brand effectively,Manage and report on the overall marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI,Align all marketing initiatives with the company’s profitability and brand growth objectives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or arelated field,Minimum 9 years of experience in marketing or brand management, preferably intourism, e-commerce, or service sectors,Proven expertise in ATL, BTL, and digital campaign management,Strong background in brand strategy, communication planning, and content creation,Experience in budget and team management, with strong leadership and projectcoordination skills,Excellent analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities,Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities,Fluent in Turkish; proficiency in English is preferred.What We OfferA key role in one of Turkey’s most recognized travel brands,An inspiring and collaborative work environment,Hybrid work model and flexible structure,Exclusive holiday discounts and career development opportunities,A chance to shape the future of Tatilsepetis brand journey.Ready to build the future of travel branding with us?Apply now and be part of our journey! ✈️
