We are a reputed headhunting company based in Colombo looking for a Brand Manager for a leading FMCG company based in Colombo.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute brand strategies aimed at driving brand growth, increasing market share, and enhancing consumer engagement. Lead New Product Development (NPD) from ideation to launch, including market research, positioning, packaging, and go-to-market execution. Plan and implement 360 marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms. Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and sales performance to inform and refine brand strategies. Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and external agencies to ensure seamless execution. Ensure brand consistency and impactful messaging across all consumer touchpoints. Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring timely and within-scope delivery of initiatives. Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in brand management or product marketing (FMCG industry experience preferred). Strong analytical and creative thinking capabilities. Proven project management and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
