TOUS is a Spanish jewellery, accessories and fashion company. TOUS has more than 400 stores in 45 countries, and in cities such as New York City,  Madrid, Moscow and Tokyo, among others. Store in Mega Mall will be the first TOUS store in Romania with the purpose is to creating a world of joy, both for our clients and for our teams.SPARK CEE is the exclusive distributor and importer of TOUS in Central and Eastern Europe region and is currently seeking a person to successfully fill in the position of Brand Manager. We are looking for candidates who, with their energy, passion and ideas, will contribute to the development. The Brand Manager will lead and execute marketing initiatives focusing on digital and influencer strategies while supporting in-store marketing efforts. What You’ll Do:Digital Marketing:Craft and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to the luxury jewellery market.Manage social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more, showcasing our collections and building brand affinity.Optimise website performance with SEO and SEM strategies, ensuring an engaging online experience.Lead email marketing initiatives to engage loyal customers and attract new audiences.Analyse campaign performance and deliver actionable insights for improvement.Influencer Marketing:Identify and collaborate with influencers, celebrities, and brand ambassadors who align with our premium image.Plan and execute influencer campaigns to promote collections and increase visibility.Build strong influencer relationships and track campaign performance to maximise ROI.In-store Marketing:Support in-store branding efforts, ensuring alignment with digital campaigns and luxury standards.Coordinate exclusive in-store events, private viewings, and promotions.Oversee the distribution of marketing materials and ensure consistent brand representation in retail spaces.Campaign Management and Brand Strategy:Adapt global marketing campaigns for the local market while maintaining brand guidelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with seasonal product launches.Serve as a brand guardian, ensuring consistent positioning across all platforms and touchpoints.CRM and Reporting:Leverage customer insights to develop campaigns that enhance loyalty and satisfaction.Monitor competitors and market trends, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.Manage marketing budgets, report on campaign performance, and track KPIs.What We’re Looking For:3-5 years of experience in digital and influencer marketing, preferably in the luxury or premium brand sector.Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO/SEM strategies, and CRM tools.Proven ability to manage budgets and track marketing ROI.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and branding.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business and/or related field Fluency in EnglishIf you have:High level of work ethic with a positive can-do attitudeStrong desire to meet marketing goals and deliver outstanding resultsStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills to make data-driven marketing decisionsFlexibility and adaptability to everyday challengesExperience or desire to work with a luxury brandWhat we offer:Opportunity to work with an exceptional team of peopleExcellent environment for personal and professional developmentOpportunities for further professional training and certificationWork in an international, inspirational working environmentPrivate health insurance
