Job Description

The position is responsible for ensuring that the assigned product lines resonate with current and potential customers by recommending and managing plans and activities in cooperation with marketing, visual merchandising, retail development, and operations to increase product awareness; continuously monitoring market trends and competitive products in the marketplace; and addressing customer complaints to attain the sales target in accordance with the company's procedures and standards and contribute to the attainment of business goals and objectives of the company. The position is also responsible for all after-sales concerns and ensuring product availability by maintaining the optimum inventory of items in all stores.Bachelor's degree in: Engineering (for hardware, electrical, plumbing, sanitarywares, building materials), or Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design (for tiles, furniture, home dcor)At least 3-5 years of experience in brand managementFamiliarity with latest trends and technologies in assigned productsResearch skills to forecast and identify trends and challengesProficiency in Excel, Power Point and Word.
