This role offers a once-in-a-career opportunity to lead marketing in a dynamic business and category, making a real and meaningful impact, transforming water quality to improve lives and protect the planet. At work, it keeps teams hydrated and performing at their best in offices and commercial spaces; in public spaces, its water vending machines and bottle-filling stations improve access to cleaner, safer water while reducing single-use plastic waste.Position OverviewAs the Marketing Programs and Brand Manager, you will define and execute the brand strategy aligned with the annual commercial strategy. You will leverage brand and category assets across new product launches, product verticals and trade channels, leading the yearly brand and comms planning process. This position is central to accelerating the company's growth journey, with the autonomy to make a measurable difference. A company with a supportive and collaborative culture where marketing, digital, sales and service teams work together to raise the bar and deliver exceptional results.💬 What you’ll be doing from Day 11️⃣ Building the Brand and Communications StrategyDefining and executing the brand strategy to re-energise the company’s brand in the UKLeveraging brand & category assets through the funnel across new product launches and channelsLeading brand & comms planning - messaging strategy, campaign calendar & target segmentationDeveloping a test & learn program to open new channels, test messaging and creative and refine audience targetingLeading the development of CRM, nurture and retention planning and overseeing executionPlanning and leading Account Based Marketing campaigns in collaboration with Sales, working closely with KAMsWorking with lead generation agencies to define campaigns, required outcomes and monitor performanceDefining the vent strategy, setting targets and working with sales, product, digital & social to achieve goalsWorking with Digital lead to support asset creation for digital/social media, web content and thought leadershipAs appropriate, localising global platforms to fit the needs and ambitions of the UK businessManaging creative agencies and working with the internal creative team to ensure high-quality deliverables2️⃣ Driving Growth Through Insight and Performance TrackingMonitoring campaign performance KPIs (awareness, market share, lead volume) across lead and lag metricsUsing insights & analytics to drive improvements, identify growth levers, and adjust course when neededBeing the Voice of the Customer, leading local consumer research and analysisCollaborating with Global and EMEA Centre of Excellence CBS teams to gather competitive intelligence3️⃣ Creating and Delivering Integrated Marketing CampaignsBuilding collateral and messaging assets for new product launches and commercial activationsLeading integrated campaign planning and execution across digital, social, events & off-lineLocalising and activating global campaigns with creativity and relevanceCollaborating with other Business Units and Centres of Excellence to share best practicesOwning the brand marketing budget and tracking ROI on all major activitiesPrioritising resource allocation based on strategic impact and performance data4️⃣ Embedding Brand Standards Across the OrganisationActing as a brand champion internally, providing guidance and training on brand principlesEnsuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and internal departments🙂 What we’re looking forTo meet the challenges of this exciting and super-busy role, you’ll have extensive experience driving brand marketing & comms strategy for well-known brands, with a track record of building integrated campaigns that blend brand storytelling and performance objectives throughout the full funnel.
