Job Description

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Intern starting from January 2026.As a Brand Marketing Intern, you will work on understanding and gathering consumer insights and market research, along with punctual sell-out analysis, focusing on what drives TOM awareness, brand salience, and sales performance. You will work closely with the Senior Brand Manager to contribute to the annual business plan by executing brand, advertising, new product, and packaging initiatives, ensuring the brand is portrayed in the right way.You will also support the creative development process (artworks, key visuals) and the implementation of all consumer activations, both online and offline, including activations linked to special cans or multipacks.Tutte le resposnabilità che ti affideremo:Consumer Insights and Market ResearchTurn data into compelling insights, which are actionable and relevant, and ensure these insights are addressed through adequate ideas and plans. Devise, implement, and collect data through T&A and other suggested researches.Advertising and Cartoon CreativeCreate branding and through the line communication for specific marketing projects in strong collaboration with the respective marketing functions.Brand ManagementContribute the “brand part” of projects of marketing peers as well as on/off premise and trade marketing.Consumer ActivationEnsures successful execution of all event and/or product related consumer activation in strong collaboration with field marketing, culture, on/off premise and sport marketing teams.Product and Packaging InnovationSupport the Brand Manager in product launches together with sales, finance and other marketing function and act as key contact for Red Bull HQ. Understand which packaging solution addresses country-specific needs. Support in the creation of new limited edition special cans or multipacks linked to consumer activations.Conoscenze e competenze richieste ciò che conta di più per questo ruolo:You are a university student or young worker.You have good knowledge of FMCG brand marketing landscape.You have initial practical experience in understanding of competitor activity and consumer behaviour in a brand and FMCG context.You are characterized by excellent communication skills, analytical ability, commercial acumen and interpersonal skills.Flexible and unconventional thinking as well as very good Office skills.And last but not least, high standard of integrity with a passion for the brand and commitment to Red Bull values.Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or current University Student.English language: written and spoken.Red Bull S.r.l. promuove le pari opportunità.
