Our beautiful luxury brand partner requires a Brand Marketing Manager who will be responsible for maximising brand desire and purchase intent across retail, wholesale, and ecommerce channels. Within this role you will produce 360-degree seasonal marketing campaigns and activations targeting both direct and indirect customers and loyalists—ultimately driving sales in line with business ambitions.This role is suited to an exemplary marketing professional who can develop and execute effective tactical brand marketing plans to meet strategic goals.An excellent copywriter, the Brand Marketing Manager will help present the brand’s tone of voice consistently across all written touchpoints.A true team player, this individual must excel at managing internal deadlines, overseeing external agencies, and driving long-term projects. They will be expected to propose creative, innovative solutions that align with commercial and brand requirements, influence peers, and demonstrate exceptional organisational and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign ManagementPlan and implement omni-channel seasonal marketing strategies in line with the overall brand direction.Manage and produce all internal photoshoots — including negotiation, booking, management, and budgeting for photographers, talent, and related resources.Oversee the creation of press collateral such as lookbooks, press releases, and campaign materials.Deliver marketing assets to relevant agencies (social media, press, graphic design, etc.).In collaboration with the Commercial Director, manage the Trading Calendar to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on seasonal launches, product focuses, and stories each week, delivering a cohesive cross-channel customer experience.Oversee day-to-day marketing sign-offs including social media content, email campaigns, digital ads, retail marketing materials, and more.Trade MarketingLead all wholesale partner marketing and events, collaborating closely with key partners to maximise co-op budgets.Plan and deliver an annual store events calendar, driving retail marketing initiatives.Produce monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations to optimise future campaigns.Agency ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for the social media agency — attending weekly meetings, managing communication, and providing required assets and information.Manage agency relationships to ensure effective delivery, reporting, and ROI on digital marketing spend.Special ProjectsWork closely with the Head of Media Relations to execute London Fashion Week from a marketing perspective, focusing on production and content, and collaborating across teams to deliver a fully integrated 360° brand experience.Negotiate sponsorships and partnerships for London Fashion Week, as well as other revenue-driving collaborations at the product and brand level.Plan and manage small-scale projects within the broader marketing and business calendar.Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to agreed timelines and budgets.Stay up to date with industry trends, consumer insights, and the competitive landscape to inform brand positioning and marketing initiatives.Budget ManagementManage departmental budgets and monitor marketing spend.Track costs, KPIs, and agency performance to ensure efficient and effective budget allocation.Provide regular financial reports and performance insights to leadership.Skills and AttributesCollaborative team player capable of managing both peer and upward relationships.Exceptionally organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.Creative and innovative thinker with a strong sense of brand storytelling.Positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented attitude.Ambassador for company values and brand integrity.Deep understanding of the luxury fashion industry, market dynamics, and customer mindset.
