As a Brand Marketing Specialist, you’ll:Drive Product Launches & Portfolio Management: Support new product launches, manage and optimize the product portfolio, and bring innovative ideas to life.Brand Communication development and execution: Drive the development of omni-channel brand related marketing & content (within legal framework) including POS (Point of Sales), B2B (business 2 business) and if applicable Digital solutions such as Scanpacks or DTE (Digital Trade engagement – digital tool for retailers).Lead Consumer Engagement: Organize and support activities that connect with legal age smokers, from in-store promotions to special events.Analyze & Optimize Performance: Track brand and competitor performance, prepare insightful analyses, and recommend improvements to maximize results.Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with local and global teams, agencies, and partners to deliver impactful marketing assets and ensure smooth project execution.Support Project & Budget Management: Assist with project planning, budget tracking, and administrative tasks to keep everything running efficientlyRequirementExperience: Previous internship or up to 2 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or a similar field is a plus, but not required.Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills and the ability to “connect the dots” between data and actionable insights.Creativity: Passion for creative thinking and developing engaging marketing content.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishTeam Player: Collaborative attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environmentWhat We Offer13th & 14th salaryExtra days offFlexible working timeSupplementary pension plan (III. pillar)Life & accident insuranceMultiSport CardEmployee Assistance ProgramOpportunities for career development & growthWork for a multinational company - certified Equal Salary & TopEmployerLegal gross salary for this position start from 2250€ / month17957
