About the Role:This role is perfect for a creative marketing professional with a sharp eye for branding, storytelling, and content creation. You'll help bring Pinecrest’s voice to life across all channels, from digital campaigns to conference experiences, helping us stand out in a competitive space.You’ll support the execution of high-level marketing strategy while also rolling up your sleeves to build a strong, cohesive brand presence—writing, designing, and collaborating to bring our story to life. You’ll work directly with leadership to enhance our visibility and voice while having the freedom to shape how we show up in the world. This role is ideal for someone who’s equal parts creative and action-oriented, with the vision to build and the drive to execute. What You’ll Do:Brand Ownership: Define and maintain a consistent, high-impact brand identity across all touchpoints.Content Creation: Write and produce engaging blog posts, one-pagers, case studies, social media content, and internal communications.Event Marketing: Lead creative planning and execution for industry conferences and events — from signage and swag to booth design and promo materials.Digital Execution: Update the website, manage email campaigns, and drive our social presence to keep us relevant and connected.Design & Collateral: Create and manage marketing materials (both digital and print) that clearly articulate our value and culture.Vendor Collaboration: Work with external designers, printers, and creative partners to deliver high-quality output.Research & Trends: Stay attuned to market shifts, branding trends, and competitor positioning to keep Pinecrest ahead of the curve. What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.3+ years in a marketing, content, or brand-focused role (B2B experience preferred).A creative portfolio showcasing brand, writing, or visual work.Proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, HubSpot, WordPress, and Google Analytics.A self-starter excited to shape and evolve a brand in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.Strong written and visual communication skills.Experience in insurance, benefits, or financial services is a plus — but not required.
