Job Description

The position is primarily responsible for the execution, management, coordination of all marketing programs of the brand/product handled, which includes advertising, promotions, direct marketing and special projects. This involves assisting the Brand Department Head in conceptualization, planning, implementation and evaluation of marketing programs. The position is tasked with ensuring that all marketing projects are implemented based on agreed upon standards or parameters. The position is also tasked to help build, maintain and protect the brand image as well as the corporate image and identity of the Company within and outside the organization. The position also co-works with the Trade Marketing Department to ensure project implementation is done within acceptable standards or parameters. The position is also tasked to monitor and consolidate projects, timelines and expenditures for entire Brand and submit report to Brand Department Head.ResponsibilitiesProvides inputs on possible marketing initiatives to meet the business strategyProvide cost benefit analysis of project expense over target project revenueReviews and evaluates the effectiveness of the campaigns/past promotions and events by gathering statistical and financial data (e.g. income for the Company) for the period affected by the campaignEvaluates the effectiveness of past promotions in terms of the presentation Regularly evaluates results of promotional programs related to products and services, pricing, promotions, location and people mobilizationWorks with other members in data gathering activities, project coordination and implementation in fulfillment of projects assignedWorks on special projects assigned by the Brand Department Head including advertising, direct marketing, promotions and eventsScreens sponsorship requests by outside parties for approval of the Marketing Division Head Visits sponsored events to ensure compliance with agreed terms (e.g. display of banners, mentioning of Company name before and/or after the event, distribution of promotion materials, quality of promo booths, floats, signages, etc.)QualificationsGraduate of any Marketing, Communications or Business Related courseAt least three (3) years work experience in Marketing-related environment and Brand Supervisory positionKnowledge of latest marketing trends, methods and best practices, and Basic Financial Marketing AnalysisIntermediate knowledge of Marketing and Advertising techniques and best practices including but not limited to:Events management and promotions techniques and best practicesDigital advertising and communication Creative production and developmentBelow the line activities and activations"We proudly celebrate diversity.
