Job description:OverviewOur Marketing organization aims to inspire and connect people through meaningful storytelling, always pushing the norms and boundaries, one person, one community at a time.As a Manager, Brand Partnership Marketing, you will be responsible for establishing marketing plans for Sephora brand partners that drive sales and keep Sephora competitive and beloved by clients. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Sephora ANZ, you will partner with brands to optimize programs using Sephora’s marketing levers.You’ll shine here if you enjoy… Leading and delivering a unified brand partner marketing strategy that unlocks more business value to both brands and Sephora.  Being a strategic lead for all brand partners; owning key brands’ relationship per aligned with Merchandising. Develop a keen understanding of the brands’ businesses, priorities, and products. Navigating conversations with and advising leaders on both the strategic and tactical level. Advising the brands on how to win at Sephora from an omni-channel marketing standpoint, including sampling strategy, social media strategy, co-op advertising, and consumer messaging to achieve mutually beneficial business objectives. Advising on general marketing strategy and the best use of the brand’s marketing resources, both inside and outside of the immediate world of Sephora. Leading and driving overall brands’ sampling strategy with strong focus on procuring for Rewards Boutique followed by other Sephora led marketing levers. Developing strong partnerships, securing brand participation in relevant Sephora marketing programs. Utilizing data to make recommendations to deliver win-wins for both the brands and Sephora. Identifying opportunities for new co-op marketing programs and partnerships. Building the business case to develop new ideas and innovations. Serving as the go-to marketing contact for the Sephora merchandising leads. Building reciprocal partnerships cross-functionally in a highly matrixed organization: merchandising/brands, digital, growth marketing, retail operations, training, and education, creative, CRM & loyalty and analytics teams. Leading the ANZ Brand Partner Marketing team, with four direct reports.  We would love to hear from you if you have: 6+ years’ experience in Marketing and Communications, with a strength in brand marketing, trade marketing, ideally in retail with some digital experience. Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or business    Ability to both think big picture and be a visionary/idea generator - leading program vision and planning while also getting involved in the details of program execution. Experience managing a budget. Experience working with cross functional partners or clients to meet their business needs. Ability to organize and manage multiple detail-oriented projects and to meet deadlines.
