You’ll travel to events, activations, and shoots nationwide, helping build the content engine that drives our brands forward. What You’ll Do: Content Creation & ProductionShoot and edit high-quality photo and video content (events, lifestyle, product, BTS)Create platform-specific content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)Edit long-form and short-form video with expert-level proficiencyStage and direct scenes; set up lighting, camera, and audio independentlyPerform color grading, sound design, and finishing workUse AI tools for editing, captioning, and content generationMaintain organized content libraries for marketing and sales teams Field & TravelCapture live content at bars, festivals, activations, and sporting eventsTravel frequently (some nights/weekends required)Deliver fast-turnaround edits—sometimes within 24 hours What You BringStrong editing portfolio demonstrating professional-level skillsProficiency with DSLR/cinema cameras, lighting, and audioExpertise in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci ResolvePhoto editing skills (Lightroom, Photoshop)Knowledge of AI editing tools (Runway, Pika, CapCut AI, etc.)Strong creative instincts for composition, staging, and storytellingAbility to work quickly, independently, and under tight deadlinesBaseline gear (camera, lenses, laptop, mic, etc.) — company will invest in expanded equipment as we grow Why Join UsCreative Freedom: We move fast and reward bold ideas.Growth Opportunity: Be one of the first content hires shaping our creative direction.Access & Exposure: Work directly with talent, partners, and events nationwide.Benefits: Medical, dental & vision insurance
