[PHUC SINH CONSUMER - K COFFEE]BRAND & PRODUCT EXECUTIVE (FMCG/ F&B)Working Hours:Monday to Friday: 8:00 - 17:00Saturday: 8:00 – 13:00MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES1. Brand MarketingSupport the development and implementation of brand plans aligned with the company’s direction.Ensure consistent brand image and identity across communication channels and at points of sale.Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to propose effective brand positioning and improvement strategies.Coordinate and execute integrated marketing communications activities (Digital, Social, POSM, Events, etc.).2. Product MarketingParticipate in new product development (NPD) and support the entire process from concept to launch.Manage the marketing mix (4Ps): product, price, place, and promotion.Monitor business performance, analyze sales and market data, and propose product portfolio enhancement plans.3. Coordination & ReportingCollaborate closely with internal departments such as Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, and Procurement to ensure timely market launches.Support the Marketing Team in planning and executing marketing campaigns to achieve set objectives.Prepare regular reports for the Marketing Team Lead.REQUIREMENTSCollege degree or higher in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.At least 2 years of experience in Marketing roles within the FMCG/F&B industry, preferably in Brand & Product Management.Solid understanding of market research, consumer insights, and marketing mix application.Familiar with current Brand & Product Marketing trends.Strong analytical, planning, and execution skills.Creative, trend-sensitive, and effective in brand storytelling.Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; basic knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus.BENEFITSCompetitive salary based on experience and skills (probation salary at 85%).Full social insurance in compliance with local labor laws.Free lunch and fruit; monthly birthday celebrations.Workplace: 246–248 Vo Van Kiet, Cau Ong Lanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.Working hours: Monday to Friday & Saturday morning.
