Role Description This is a contract field-based (with hybrid/remote reporting options) role for a Brand Representative. The Brand Representative will be responsible for promoting brand awareness, acting as a brand ambassador, and fostering relationships with customers. Daily tasks will include engaging with the business owners, building a positive brand image, subscription activation, onboarding and support, and market intelligence. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong Interpersonal and persuasive Skills.Basic understanding of business operations (sales, inventory, or finance). Field sales or customer acquisition experience (especially in SaaS, fintech, or POS solutions) is an advantage.Proficiency with smartphones, web apps, or basic CRM usage. Minimum of OND/NCE in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (BSc. is prefered).1–3 years experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles. Experience working with SMEs, retailers, or business owners is a strong plus.Performance MetricsNumber of new subscriptions activated per month. Retention and reactivation rate of onboarded customers. Customer satisfaction and engagement feedback. Brand visibility and outreach reports per assigned region.
