Job Description• Start Date: ASAP• Salary: £35-45k per annum (depending on experience) + great benefits• Location: Flexible remote working, with the opportunity to attend exciting brand events and occasional in-person team catch-ups. Summary of role: We’re looking for a creative, driven and hands-on Brand & Social Media Manager to help take Tiba Tempeh to the next level. You’ll work closely with our Co-Founder and Marketing Director to deliver our ambitious marketing strategy, leading the charge on social media, events and PR activation. This is a brilliant opportunity to help shape one of the UK’s fastest-growing, purpose-driven food brands. You’ll create campaigns that build awareness, drive trial, and get more people discovering and loving tempeh.What you will be doing: Social Media & Digital Marketing • Lead planning, creation, and delivery of engaging content across social media channels• Build partnerships and manage ambassadors, influencers and brand collaborations• Collaborate with our recipe content creator to develop ideas for engaging food-led content• Create and deliver email marketing communications• Keep our website fresh, updated and SEO optimised. Event & Sampling Activations • Plan and organise key events (e.g. food festivals and retailer sampling)• Coordinate logistics, suppliers and marketing materials to deliver seamless experiences• Be hands-on at events, from cooking and sampling to engaging consumers• Manage event staff to ensure they deliver great consumer experiences• Build relationships with event partners and consumers to grow the Tiba community• Capture event content for our social media channels• Gather insights and feedback to optimise future activationsPR and Influencer Engagement• Plan & host creative PR and influencer events • Identify and nurture relationships with influencers who share Tiba’s values• Manage PR samples, media boxes and influencer gifting to drive buzz and media coverageMarketing Strategy & Execution • Support the Marketing Director in developing and executing the broader marketing strategy from consumer insights and campaign planning to new product launchesYou’ll Thrive in This Role If You: • Have an owner mindset - you care deeply about results and love seeing your ideas come to life• Bring a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, suited to a small, fast-paced start-up• Are creative and commercial in equal measure - always chasing fresh ideas and real results• Have a strong marketing skillset, with experience across social, events, and PR• Are a social media native, confident in creating and curating content that connects• Love data-driven decisions and tracking what’s working• Are a brilliant organiser, able to juggle multiple projects and always meet deadlines• Are positive, proactive and adaptable - ready to pivot when things move fast• Have great people skills, building relationships everywhere you go• Are passionate about food, health and making a positive difference through your workExperience & Education Required: • 3+ years’ experience working on a consumer brand, ideally in food & drink or FMCG• Smaller start-up or SME experience - comfortable in a fast-moving, hands-on environment• Proven success in social media with demonstrable results• A marketing, business or related degree, or equivalent hands-on experience• Must have a valid UK driver’s licenseSalary & Benefits• £35-45k (depending on experience)• Up to 10% performance bonus• 5% employer pension contribution• Remote and flexible working• 25 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday off• Personal development plan & learning budget to support your growth• £300 annual health & wellness allowance (e.g. gym memberships)• Employer charitable donation matching (up to £150 per year)• Free Tiba Tempeh (obvs!)  Why Join Tiba Tempeh?• Be part of an exciting, fast-growing and purpose-driven food brand• Have the freedom to make your mark - your contribution will shape our future• Work in a fun, entrepreneurial and collaborative environment• Grow with us as we expand across the UK and internationallyAbout Tiba TempehAt Tiba Tempeh, we’re on a mission to help people eat better with food that’s naturally delicious, nutritious and good for the planet.Tempeh is a natural protein made from just three simple ingredients (whole soybeans, live culture and water) that originated in Indonesia over 400 years ago. Tiba Tempeh is made from 100% natural ingredients and packed with protein, fibre, and gut-friendly prebiotics, making it one of the healthiest plant-based proteins around.
