Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive brand awareness, loyalty, and business growth.Plan and manage integrated marketing communications (IMC) campaigns to promote the company’s brands.Oversee the creation and maintenance of brand assets, including website content and promotional materials, ensuring consistency and compliance with brand guidelines.Conduct market research and analysis to uncover consumer insights, track market trends, and assess the competitive landscape, translating findings into actionable branding strategies.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and go-to-market teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and initiatives.Monitor and evaluate brand performance metrics, adjusting marketing strategies as needed to maximize campaign effectiveness.Develop brand guidelines for internal teams and external agencies, ensuring effective execution of brand strategies.Provide strategic recommendations to senior management on enhancing brand image and market recognition based on research and insights.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levelsSolid understanding of brand development strategies and marketing trendsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, metrics, and consumer behavior insightsProven experience in conducting market research and turning insights into practical strategiesDemonstrated leadership and project management abilitiesProficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., MS Office, marketing analytics tools, design platforms)
