The Country Manager will be responsible for leading the company’s growth strategy in Brazil, developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and building the foundation for long-term success in the market. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on commercial experience, and strong communication skills.ResponsibilitiesLead Pals International’s commercial development and customer base expansion in Brazil.Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.Identify new business opportunities within the paper and packaging sectors.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to guide strategic decisions.Collaborate closely with international sales, logistics, and finance teams.Represent Pals International in meetings, trade shows, and customer visits.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or management within the paper or packaging industry.Proven success in developing new markets and growing customer portfolios.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Ability to work independently and remotely while coordinating with an international team.Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
